- CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS?
Yes, There is no limit to how many changes you may make. You may edit either text or photos by following the instructions on the web site.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ACTIVATE MY PROPERTY ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED IT?
You can expect your property to be displayed on our site within 24 hours of us receiving your registration.
- WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE AN OFFER ON MY PROPERTY?
This is up to you. If you receive an offer and withdraw your property from the site and then later decide to resubmit the property you will be required to pay the regular fee. It all depends on how confident you are about your offer. This is a decision only you can make.
- HOW DO I EDIT MY AD?
In order to edit or modify your ad on milliondollarmansions-estates.com go to the home page and follow these steps:
1. Click the "Edit your Ad" link on the left side navigation menu.
2. Sign in using your Username and Password (if you are not already logged in).
3. Choose the Ad you want to edit.
4. To edit the Ad Content click on edit link.
5. To edit the Ad Pictures click on upload link.
6. To delete the Ad Pictures click on delete link.
7. Make the changes.
8. When you're finished, click "Preview my Ad" at the bottom of the page.
9. Double-check your ad and finish.
- HOW DO I SEARCH THE SITE?
Click on Search Property and complete the relevant options for your search.
- HOW DO I GET MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
If you require your username and password, you can click on the link "Did you forget?" on any of the log-in pages, and the program will send an email to you with your password information.
- HOW WILL POTENTIAL BUYERS CONTACT ME?
Buyers will contact you through the information that you submit (phone number, e-mail) when you register. The person responding to the ad can then click on a your email address to send their reply to you or contact you by telephone if you choose to display that information.
- WHAT DO I DO IF MY PROPERTY IS SOLD?
If you sell your property you can mark the property as sold or contact us including your ad reference number and someone will mark the property as sold. You also may delete or modify your ad at anytime by using your ad number and password.
- WHAT IS AUTO NOTIFY?
The Auto-Notify feature allows you to set up a personal search agent that will automatically send you new properties which match the keywords that you define.
